What’s included in the Basic plan?
The Startup plan includes 2 business email accounts, 2GB SSD storage, 2GB bandwidth, SSL, and Level 1 performance resources. You can add more emails and storage anytime.

Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade your hosting resources or move to a higher plan seamlessly. Our team will assist with any migrations or setup.

Is this suitable for WordPress?
Absolutely. The Web Hosting Basic package is ideal for new entry WordPress sites, blogs, and small business websites that need basic storage and email capacity.

Basic Terms and Conditions

• Hosting prices are subject to change every year due to technology upgrades and inflation. Prices can increase by up to 15% per year.
• Website must be on Wordpress Platform for website backups and restores to work.
• Standard hosting terms apply. Resource limits are enforced for fair usage. Pricing is VAT exclusive unless stated otherwise.
• Website must be in a healthy condition if hosting on our servers. Failure to maintain your website health can lead to service being cancelled.
• Bunnypants does not host websites we have not build or have a maintenance contract or agreement with.
• Website backups are not fail-proof and can fail due to following reasons: Technical issues or errors being backed up. Server technology changes not supporting website backup. If restores fail, client will need to pay for a rebuild unless your website is insured by Bunnypants via an SLA.
• Admin access will be needed to website to do analysis, keep website core healthy and setup & maintain backups.
• Admin access to website can not be removed, as it is needed for monitoring the health of backups. If admin access is removed, the hosting service will be terminated.
• Restore fee of R3170 will be added if not part of package to restore backup. In other words if you are not paying for value added services.
• Backups are stored on Bunnypants Dropbox folder for secure safekeeping, space allocation and to prevent tamper proof access.
• Bunnypants is not responsible to maintain the health of the website during contract period unless part of package or SLA.
• Insurance option (if taken) is to rebuild the website static pages only and does not include blog or dynamic content. Rebuilt will be based on original video of frontend. Bunnypants can quote to upgrade website during rebuilt process.
• Client can request a digital backup of website to send to them for safe keeping.
• Bunnypants is not responsible for malicious act, act of God, government intervention, hacking or user negligence during contract period. Client needs to maintain website properly.
• Client can ask for custom quote to backup website weekly, daily or any other extra parameters needed for the Dropbox Backup option.
• Payments are made pro-rata.
• If clients laps on a payment, the hosting contract and value added services is declared void or nulled.
• All domain registrations and SSL security certificates need to be renewed yearly. Client is responsible for these fees. Failure to pay for domain renewal will lead to domain name being deleted.
• Daily website backups are only stored for latest 5 days, if SLA is in place.
• Monthly Dropbox backups of website are only stored for 3 months. In other words only the latest 3 months that has past backups will be available.
• The Dropbox backup will take place every month the same date and time as original setup.
• If you run out of space on your hosting due to email storage or website space, you have an option to upgrade to next hosting package or buy addition space at R45 per 1GB per month.
• If you need additional email accounts to be added over and above to what the hosting package allows you can request additional mailboxes at R25 per mailbox. Adding extra mailboxes does not automatically increase hosting space. Please ensure you manage or add extra space if needed @ R45 per 1GB.
