Advertising comes in all shapes and sizes, but the importance of advertising never changes. Publication and media adverts are probably one of the most well-known kinds of marketing. It stretches from magazines to newspapers and even advertising booklets. The greatest benefit of advertising in these kinds of publications, is their reach and popularity. It guarantees a number of base reaches that is calculated by previous sales, predicting potential future sales.
We have been working on the newly invented designs for Blomland Nursery School in Vanderbijlpark for a while. Taking it step by step to, firstly establish their fresh new look and then to pull that look through to their other design needs. The next step for the school was a publication and media advert that would be running in one of the local primary school’s newspaper.
The aim of the design was to be informative of the nursery and after school services they offer. The nursery offers an array of activities for their students but also a productive after-school program.
The design had to match their new branding style and of course it needed that element of fun. The fun design needed to be balanced by the technical information to make sure it gives the correct information through. The softer colours used, definitely sets the school apart from the rest, breaking away from the cliché tone of nursery schools.
We made use of fun design elements that represents the creative and unpredictable personalities of children. Our design team always loves creating new designs for the school.
