Depending on what the need is for accommodation at your wedding, this point may be less or more important to you. Nevertheless, you need to take in account that some guests may want to spend the night and will need your help to find suitable accommodation.
Make sure you compile a list of hotels, guests houses, B&B’s etc. that are relatively affordable and close to your wedding venue (you can present the list of accommodation to your guests through your printed or online wedding invitation). Also take some time to go have a look at each of the accommodation suggestions on your list, this helps to accommodate your guests and to ensure that they will be comfortable in their overnight stay.
It might even apply to close family, who want to stay over after the reception and have breakfast with you before you leave for your honeymoon. (Some venues require that you clean up after the party, so an extra helping hand or two might come in handy).
What ever the case may be, rather be prepared with a list than to struggle with unwanted stress that goes with accommodation arrangements in the last few days before you say I do.
After all, you also want your guests to have a wonderful time.
