When we search the internet for the word logo some interesting options come up, firstly we get the Wikipedia definition of a logo: “A logo is a graphic mark, emblem, or symbol commonly used by commercial enterprises, organizations, and even individuals to aid and promote instant public recognition.” Secondly we find a variety of options for quick or free logos. We took one of these websites and tested the process of developing a quick logo. It took about 2 minutes with many different options, but then the process becomes more complicating. You need to create an account to log in and request changes etc.
The options they give you are predesigned and limit the creativeness of your end product. They don’t ask anything about your business or what you want to represent in the design. This may be a quick option but it doesn’t give you the originality you need for the look of your business.
